Are these physical products?
No. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Nothing will be shipped to you.
Who are your products designed for?
Our products are designed primarily for seniors, older adults, caregivers, family members, activity coordinators, senior centers, assisted living communities, and memory care programs.
Are your products dementia-friendly?
Many of our products are specifically designed with dementia-friendly principles in mind, including familiar subjects, clear layouts, large-print formats, and reduced visual clutter. Individual product descriptions will indicate when a resource is dementia-friendly.
Can I print the pages more than once?
Yes. You may print your purchased files as many times as needed for your own personal use.
Can I use these activities with a group?

What paper should I use?
Most products print well on standard US Letter or A4 paper. Some activities may also work well on heavier paper or cardstock depending on how you plan to use them.
How do I receive my files?
After purchase, you’ll receive access to download your files immediately. Instructions are included if additional download steps are required.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not offered once files have been downloaded. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
